At Healthywe, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. If you wish to request a return or cancellation, you may do so within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Process

1. Initiating a Return: Contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@healthywewellness.com to initiate the return process.
2. Return Verification: Our support team will review your return request. After verifying the reason and ensuring it meets our return criteria, we will proceed  the return.
3. Return Shipment: Once the return is initiated, it generally takes 5-7 days for the product to reach our facility. Customers are encouraged to track their return shipments to avoid any delays.
4. Refund Processing: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
